The stay was enjoyable overall, particularly due to the apartment's spaciousness and the essential utilities it provided, like a new kitchen which made cooking easy. The location was fantastic, being just a short walk from the city center and nearby attractions like the beautiful Queenstown Gardens. However, during our stay, we noticed some areas in the apartment could use some maintenance, which was a bit disappointing.

Parking situation extremely confusing!!! Expect loud disturbances from other guests at night!!! Rooms need significant maintenance and renovation to be up to modern standards!!!

The location was spot on, central to everything in Queenstown. We enjoyed a memorable family outing to nearby activities like skiing and bungee jumping. Our spacious apartment accommodated all eight of us, including our pets, and had all the essentials for our three night stay.

My wife says that the parking situation was quite confusing.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like wi-fi, laundry, a flat-screen TV, and steam room. The staff even helped me find local dining options. I can't wait to return for another city break.

Great spot with minor flaws

Our two-bedroom apartment was centrally located, making it easy to explore Queenstown. The design was cozy, but we ran into some annoying issues like the bathroom needing a good scrub. On the upside, we really appreciated having a washer and dryer right in our unit, which made our stay much easier.

However, the limited parking situation was a hassle, and the apartment showed signs of wear that needed addressing. Additionally, navigating the car park can be confusing.

Stayed 1 night in a Two-Bedroom Apartment. It was spacious and tidy, but definitely showing some age. The lack of a room safe was a bummer, but the location was awesome—just a short walk to everything. One cool thing was the staff coming back after hours to help with parking, which I really appreciated. Just wish the rooms were cleaner. dusty spots were a bit off-putting. Easy access to local spots made it worthwhile though!
